13 Ago How to Play EA Sports FC 26 Before Its Official Release?
Electronic Arts has launched a closed beta that will allow a select group of players to access the game ahead of its official release. This testing phase—crucial for ironing out bugs and gathering feedback from the most active users—will take place from August 5 to August 26.

The FC 26 Closed Beta will begin on August 5 at 7:00 PM (Spanish peninsular time) and will end on August 26 at the same time. During these three weeks, EA will progressively unlock different game modes. Initially, each player will have access only to specific modes based on their profile. However, all modes are expected to be unlocked for participants on August 18.

Selection is based on several criteria: recent activity in FC 25, performance in competitive modes like Division Rivals, and EA account settings—specifically, whether email communications are enabled. It’s also important to note that EA tends to prioritize UK and US-based accounts for online testing purposes.

While there is no public registration form, there are ways to increase your chances of being selected. You must log into your EA account on the official website and enable the option to receive promotional emails and updates. Within your profile, mark EA Sports FC and Ultimate Team as your preferred games, and make sure your primary platform is correctly registered. Signing up for the Community Playtesting Program can also be a helpful additional step, though it doesn’t guarantee an invitation.

If you’ve participated in previous closed betas and actively engaged by reporting bugs and giving feedback to the developers, that significantly boosts your chances of being invited again. This is a closed testing phase, and its main goal is to gather impressions from the game’s most loyal and dedicated community—being active once can make your account a safe bet for future opportunities.

Strict Rules and No Content Sharing Allowed
EA reminds participants that they will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Streaming, sharing screenshots, videos, or any type of content on social media is strictly prohibited. Beta codes are non-transferable and cannot be sold, as they are tied to specific accounts and will be invalidated if fraudulent activity is detected. Any offer to buy access to the beta is almost certainly a scam.

If you haven’t received the email by August 5, it’s very likely you weren’t selected. EA will not provide additional codes or respond to individual requests for access to the beta. Additionally, your account must show that you are over 18 years old in order to participate.
