06 Ene Black Myth: Wukong is updated with great new features
As reported by IGN, update 1.0.12.16581 adds a new rush mode (called Challenge) that can be found in any Guardian Shrine after finishing the game at least once.
We will encounter two different types of challenge:
On the one hand, the return of the rivals (in which we can face the bosses of the story again, in three different difficulty levels).

On the other hand, the Gauntlet of Legends will take us to fight against several rivals in succession, using new movements. This will force us to be very attentive to the confrontations, which will seek to push us to the limit.

In both cases, we will only face those bosses that we have already defeated. If there is one that we have not defeated, it will not appear. Game Science already warns that this mode will be difficult but comes with new rewards.

The other big new feature, without a doubt, is the Traveler’s Map, which we can obtain by entering Black Wind Mountain and meeting the Guardian. From there, in each new territory we can buy a Traveler’s Map at the Guardian’s Shrine.

The update also adds new equipment to celebrate the Chinese New Year, as well as new features for the music library. The game was launched on August 19 and has been an absolute success.

In just two weeks, it sold 18 million units between PC and PS5, generating around $700 million in revenue. In September, it was confirmed that a DLC similar to the Elden Ring expansion is coming.
