AMD Unveils AI-Optimized Hardware and Next-Gen GPUs at Computex 2025

At Computex 2025 in Taipei, AMD revealed its latest hardware innovations in a keynote led by Senior VP Jack Huynh. The announcements focused on updates to the Ryzen and Radeon lines, targeting gamers and professionals alike.

The new Radeon RX 9060 XT graphics card offers up to 16GB of GDDR6 memory and doubles the ray tracing capabilities of its predecessor. With a starting price of $299, it aims to compete in the high-end GPU market against rivals like NVIDIA.

AMD also introduced the Ryzen Threadripper 9000 Series, built on the “Zen 5” architecture, optimized for demanding creative workloads such as animation and design.

For AI development, AMD launched the Radeon AI PRO R9700, promising 4x the performance of earlier models. With expanded ROCm support, it is tailored for advanced machine learning and high-performance computing.

Additionally, AMD debuted the ASUS Expert P Series Copilot+ PCs, powered by Ryzen AI PRO 300 Series processors. These enterprise-grade systems deliver over 50 TOPS of NPU performance and are equipped with robust security and management features.

The new products reflect the industry’s growing demand for hardware that balances performance, AI integration, and security — both in gaming and professional environments.
