Call of Duty Season 7

Call of Duty Season 7

The universe of Call of Duty: Mobile expands with the arrival of Season 7, titled Phantom Current, which will be available starting July 30 throughout Latin America. This update adds new gameplay experiences, limited-time modes, and a wave of rewards designed to captivate both novice and experienced players.

One of the main attractions of this season is the inclusion of the multiplayer mode Mini Mayhem. In this mode, users will be able to control RC-XD vehicles on circuits across various maps, competing in matches of up to eight players. The objective is to complete several laps at maximum speed while avoiding death zones, which immediately eliminate any competitor and cause them to respawn at the nearest checkpoint. Each victory allows players to climb the leaderboard and unlock personalized skins for the vehicles, encouraging competition.

Another notable innovation appears in Battle Royale mode with the arrival of the Gulag on the Isolated map. This event, exclusive and limited in duration, allows those eliminated early to engage in a 1v1 duel in an attempt to return to the match. The mechanic is complemented by the possibility of being bought back into the game by an ally at the Buy Station, adding an extra strategic layer to the usual dynamic.

For those who prioritize skill optimization, the new wildcard Skill Overdrive is introduced. This is incorporated as an operator skill that can influence combat balance, but requires precise handling due to its considerable tactical cost.

Season 7 also brings a Battle Pass titled Phantom Current. This pass includes both free and paid items such as operator skins, weapons, scorestreaks, and an extra amount of Call of Duty Points (CP). Among the highlights of the free pass is the MG 82 LMG, known for its high fire rate and magazine capacity, along with the new Bomb Drone Scorestreak. By purchasing the premium pass, players gain access to skins such as Farah – Stealth, Kreuger – Deep Six, Ethan – AQUA-44, and Stone – Painkiller, as well as weapon blueprints themed around the nautical style of the season.

The Ground Forces subscription expands the Battle Pass options, granting access to additional monthly rewards, weapon XP boosts, vouchers, discounts, and exclusive items such as the Zane – Monsoon Season skin and other customizable elements. The launch of Season 7 – Phantom Current has different rollout times by country. In Mexico it will be available at 6:00 p.m., in Colombia and Peru at 7:00 p.m., in Chile and Venezuela also at 7:00 p.m., and in Argentina at 9:00 p.m.

Phantom Current promises to refresh the experience within the mobile Call of Duty universe and keep the competition alive in the Latin American community. As for related events, the Challenge Pass invites players to complete missions in exchange for summer-themed rewards, while players can also seek out the legendary RUS-79U – Mystical Lamp, accessible through Hidden Crates. In addition, the collaboration with Girls’ Frontline delivers exclusive content and rewards tied to the completion of missions and challenges in both Battle Royale and Multiplayer modes.

The in-game store is updated with draws for mythic and legendary operators, featuring characters like Dark Shepherd, as well as item and weapon bundles that complement the marine aesthetic of Phantom Current.
