A popular retro arcade with 12 branches across the UK is giving away free play vouchers throughout the summer. NQ64 has locations in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Newcastle, and Nottingham. With neon-lit venues, these arcades are the perfect place to spend an afternoon or evening full of fun and games—you can even enjoy some fancy cocktails while you play.

But the real highlight is the massive selection of retro arcade machines available for players. These include classics like Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, Space Invaders, Crazy Taxi, and many more, along with pinball machines. The games at NQ64 operate with tokens, which you can purchase—each game typically costs between 1 and 2 tokens per person.

Right now, the company is giving away free vouchers redeemable for tokens. You can get 20 tokens, normally worth £10 (or £12 at the London locations). And even after you’ve used up your tokens, you’ll still be able to play retro consoles like the PS2 and Xbox for free—no tokens required.

NQ64 venues are strictly 18+ only, but they do host a special monthly family day where kids are allowed in. Under-18s can enter on the last Sunday of every month between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m., as long as they’re accompanied by an adult. Upcoming dates include August 31 and September 28.
