Ghost have unveiled their new leader, Papa V Perpetua, through the release of their latest single, ‘Satanized’. The track serves as the first preview of their upcoming sixth album, Skeletá, set for release on April 25 via Loma Vista Recordings.

According to the band’s press release, this “sixth psalm” marks a shift in Ghost’s lyrical approach, moving away from the outward-focused themes of Impera and Prequelle. Instead, Skeletá will explore deeply personal emotions, with each of its ten tracks offering a unique perspective—sometimes resembling a dialogue with oneself in the mirror.
