Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra to Elevate Gaming Experience with Qualcomm Technology

As the months progress, information about the Samsung Galaxy S25 continues to emerge. Unless there is a major shift, the South Korean company is expected to announce its new smartphone lineup in the coming weeks, gearing up for a launch early next year.

According to recent leaks, the Galaxy S25 series could have a significant advantage in gaming performance.

As reported by Android Authority, the Galaxy S25 line will feature a substantial performance boost, thanks to the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. Samsung is also developing a new gaming mode for One UI, which aims to enhance the gaming experience.

This feature leverages frame interpolation technology to generate higher frame rates, improving smoothness. A leak suggests this technology could increase refresh rates from 60Hz to 120Hz.

The original report indicates that Samsung might utilize Qualcomm’s Adreno Frame Motion Engine 2.0 (AFME 2.0), a technology capable of doubling the frame rate without increasing energy consumption. This ensures a fluid gaming experience without significantly impacting battery life or heat generation.

Notably, Samsung wouldn’t be the first to adopt this technology, as devices like the OnePlus 12 already offer frame interpolation.

Fans of the brand hope this feature will debut with the Galaxy S25 series, though it may be limited to models powered by Snapdragon processors. If implemented, Samsung could exclude variants featuring Exynos chips from this gaming enhancement.
